Husband-and-Wife Team Chose Oxi Fresh for Its Systems, Technology, and Long-Term Potential

When Noah and Shannon Mitchell decided to take the next step in business ownership, they were looking for more than just another opportunity. They wanted a business model that offered structure, flexibility, and proven systems.

That search led them to Oxi Fresh of Paradise, the newest Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning franchise in Nevada.

Serving a territory of roughly 100,000 to 115,000 residents, the new franchise is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Noah and Shannon Mitchell, who bring years of customer service, management, and cleaning experience to the business.

“We were inspired to become an Oxi Fresh franchise owner because we wanted more freedom and control over our future,” said Noah Mitchell. “Oxi Fresh offered a model where we could follow a clear, repeatable system while still having the independence to grow the business in our own way.”

A Business Built on Experience

Before launching their Oxi Fresh franchise, the Mitchells built strong backgrounds in customer-focused industries. Noah spent 23 years with McDonald’s, beginning at age fourteen and eventually becoming a multi-store manager. After moving to Las Vegas in 2016, he worked as an area manager for a cleaning company before opening a cleaning business with Shannon in 2022.

Shannon brings more than 20 years of retail management experience, including roles with Joann Fabrics, Pier 1, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Together, the Mitchells have spent the last four years running their own cleaning business, developing experience in scheduling, customer relationships, and delivering consistent service.

Why They Chose Oxi Fresh

The Mitchells spent about six months researching franchise opportunities before selecting Oxi Fresh.

“We chose Oxi Fresh because the brand aligns with the kind of business we wanted to build together,” Mitchell said. “The eco-friendly, low-water cleaning system immediately stood out to us—it’s modern, responsible, and something we feel good about bringing into people’s homes.”

They were also drawn to Oxi Fresh’s centralized marketing support, technology-driven systems, and proven business model—features that gave them confidence as new franchise owners.

For the Mitchells, the appeal of Oxi Fresh was not just the service itself, but the operational support behind it. They saw the brand as a way to plug into a repeatable system while still building something meaningful for their family and community.

A Franchise Opportunity for the Future

The Mitchells are launching with one vehicle and will handle services themselves as they learn the business inside and out. In the future, they plan to expand steadily by adding technicians and vehicles over time.

Their long-term goal is to grow responsibly while maintaining the quality and consistency they want customers to associate with the business.

“Our priority is quality and customer satisfaction,” Mitchell said. “If we take care of our customers and run the system the right way, we know the growth will follow.”

Kris Antolak, Vice President of Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, said the Mitchells are a strong example of the kind of entrepreneurs the brand is built to support.

“Oxi Fresh is built for entrepreneurs who want a proven system, a flexible business model, and the opportunity to build something meaningful in their communities,” Antolak said. “Noah and Shannon bring years of customer service, management, and cleaning experience to this business, and we’re excited to see what they can do with Oxi Fresh in Paradise.”
